Nancy provides individual coaching to clients from the comfort of their own home, over the telephone or Skype. She also offers a monthly group program that includes a weekly motivational email, bi-weekly 2-hour topic group coaching call, and a private online group for her clients' to chat and support one another.

Nancy is a Certified Professional Coach and has been coaching people to achieve their next level of success in work since she started her business, ExecIntel Solutions, LLC (formerly Executive Intelligent Coaching) in August 2005. In 2019, she expanded her work in response to her journey with breast cancer, and to lend her support to others enduring the great challenges of cancer.

Nancy also happens to be a Licensed Psychological Associate and Licensed Specialist in the School Psychology in Texas and she is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and her Specialist Level Degree and M.A. in School Psychology from Texas State University in San Marcos.
