Our Women’s Circles are Back & In Person Now!

Our Women’s Circles are safe spaces where you are seen, heard, and held in community while sharing stories from your heart.

The circle listens deeply with attention and compassion and does not presume to advise, save, or fix anyone. There is no crosstalk in the circle. It is where we treat each other with kindness and respect, and honor each other’s unique ways of healing. Our Agreements ensure acceptance, nonjudgment, and confidentiality.

Through guided meditation, mindful self-compassion, breathwork, poems, Tibetan and crystal bowls, and silence, our circles create space for you to discover your authentic self during your cancer journey. It is a place where we heal in the community of others.

"The online classes during 2020 have been outstanding. Catherine's pilates got me turned onto doing Pilates on a regular basis. Shannon's yoga classes feel soooo good. She is an amazing instructor with a lovely heart. I also enjoyed some online seminars about care of our lymph system and complementary treatments. If you are on a healing journey I highly recommend you look into this resource...even if you aren’t in Austin. They have done a great job being accessible during the pandemic."
